Swedish Massage- The style focuses solely on relaxation. If most all your muscles are loose and you just want to relax, Swedish may be the way to go.
Deep Tissue- By far our most popular style and don't let the name intimidate you if you've never had one. When done correctly you will get those tight muscles really loosened up. Be sure to drink a good amount of water afterwards or you could feel some soreness later.
Prenatal- Once between 9 weeks and the due date (or after) in your pregnancy, you are eligible for our prenatal massage. Our therapists have received special training in this style. A great and safe way to get some relief from all that comes while expecting.
Reflexology- Do not confuse with a foot massage. Reflexology involves pressure being applied to either the feet, hands, ears or all three to help relieve symptoms. It is believed that these reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems and it has a beneficial effect on a persons health.
